Prior to joining Trina and her Sass N Vibes Fitness crew, I had been training in high intensity, functional, large class number gyms. Which at the time I thought was the only way to see results and loose weight. However my whole perspective on Fitness & training has now changed. There is no need to focus purely on cardio driven training. Small group training focusing on strength and metabolic conditioning has delivered results beyond the physical elements. In addition Trina’s commitment to general wellbeing has really set her apart from your typical trainers / gyms.
Trina is a phenomenal holistic personal trainer. She commits herself to each and every client, working personally with you to achieve your goal. The community she has built has been so welcoming & I could not think of a better community to be a part of.
After moving from Melbourne earlier this year, I was keen to find a good trainer in the area. Thanks to the magic of Facebook, I was fortunate enough to find Trina and her Sass and Vibes crew. It can be daunting joining a new fitness group regardless of your fitness level, but Trina and the amazing group of women she trains, made me feel welcome from the get-go. Trina is supportive, encouraging and very knowledgeable and I look forward to my sessions with her and the other ladies each week - the laughs and the camaraderie are worth the sweat and the achy muscles the next day. 🤣 I quite often rock up with my mat, feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life, and leave red-faced and sweaty, with those feel-good endorphins that come from a good workout, that are magnified by finding a network of people that ‘get you.
If you are thinking of starting (or continuing your fitness journey), I can’t recommend Trina highly enough.

Whether it’s Metafit, Hiit or Boxing Sass n Vibes is the way to go, Trina is always encouraging, reliable and caters to everyone’s level of fitness. Technique is always looked at and corrected. My fitness and strength has improved and I may whine through my workout but I always feel great at the end. And don’t forget the wonderful ladies that train with Sass n Vibes, beautiful friends made !
